Sandra brings more than two decades of CEO-level experience, having built and led one of BC’s largest and most respected wineries from inception to a multi-department, 60+ person operation. Sandra is known for transforming complex people systems through clear leadership routines, cross-functional alignment, and operational clarity.

As a former board chair in both the tourism and beverage industries, Sandra works comfortably at the executive and board level.
